Connie Morba ch
is the founder and CEO of Sanit-Air, Inc., Michigan’s leading mold testing and remediation company. She received her
training at James Madison University, Oakland University and Wayne State University. Connie's background provides Sanit-Air with something unique in the air quality industry: the ability
to provide science-based and backed services to Michigan homeowners and businesses. As
chief environmental scientist, Connie has performed over 10,000 air tests and environmental evaluations in thousands of buildings,
including schools libraries, courthouses, commercial office buildings, hospitals, and private residences. With national
recognition for her expertise, Connie has provided expert testimony and has been qualified as an expert witness in federal
courts as well as numerous Michigan circuit courts. She has also served as a guest lecturer for professional development
courses to industrial hygienists, building code officials, home inspectors, lawyers, and medical professionals. Connie Morbach is a sought after expert in her field as
her scientific expertise has been featured in local and national print, radio and television including many appearances
on The Today Show, Extreme Home Makeover, The Rachael Ray Show, WXYZ-TV "Healthy Living" segments and more. |

 Thomas Morbach
is president of Sanit-Air, Inc., a full service indoor air quality firm based in Clawson, Michigan. Tom is responsible for
managing the CleanliNEST™ Healthy HouseCall™ program and supervision of the technical support crews for duct
cleaning, water damage restoration, and mold remediation. Included within his thousands of projects are health care facilities,
libraries, churches, schools, and residential dwellings.
Tom was also project supervisor for Professional Drying Technologies. He wasresponsible for the design of
emergency drying projects and procedural documentation. Tom mobilizes and supervises the team of professionals that include
engineers, scientists and technicians. His other responsibilities are project estimating, collaboration and coordination
with other trades, and marketing research on a consulting basis. |

Beth Lowry,
D.C., is Office Manager and Client Liaison for CleanliNEST™ by Sanit-Air. Beth brings her holistic
education in the field of chiropractic to bear in her role at Sanit-Air. As a doctor with a wellness approach to life, she
understands how the body functions on a cellular, chemical and physiological level and can help talk client's through health
concerns related to their home. She also handles all the duties related to keeping the company operating efficiently on a
day-to-day basis.
